“the history”

In the heart of the historic center of Padua, the "Vecchio Falconiere" was reborn in 1993, thanks to Mohamed Shalaby. Initially a cook during the first management of the “Falconiere”, after a short break, he took over the reins of the restaurant, bringing it to its current success.

“The Speciality”

Not only the meat cut at the table but also the seasonal risottos creamed in front of you in the form of Parmigiano Reggiano, to guarantee you quality and excellent taste. You can also enjoy a typical dish of the Venetian mountains, the "Gnocchi alla Cadorina" of our production, filled with smoked and salted ricotta and poppy seeds. Always from the Venetian tradition, you can choose from our menu of first courses the "Bigoli in Salsa", with anchovies and stewed onions.
